Top ten brain damaging habits.

 Some habits which cause health hazard are seen to be normal by most people. Some of these habits,although have been known to have one effect or the other,but it was not know to affect the brain.

The following are daily habits that affect the brain functionality:

  • Missing breakfast
  • Sleeping late
  • High sugar consumption
  • Excess sleeping in the morning.
  • Eating meal while watching TV or computer
  • Wearing cap/scarf or sock while sleeping
  • Holding/stopping urine for long time.
