Liver and tuberculosis.

 For many years liver and many assorted parts of animals have been claimed to come with great benefits for human consumption.

 New hypothesis by some traditional butchers claims this is the region where disease of the animals are still store especially those that cough among the animals before being killed for consumption.
 According to them,a study was carried out by killing some cow and goat that cough and it was discovered that about 90% of these animals have crystal like stones in their liver and some other parts of their intestines as against none of the healthy animals.
These affected part(especially the liver) when eaten causes tuberculosis, although this has not been proven scientifically but it's the beliefs among these butcher.
When asked about what could be done to avoid the effect,they said it can only be avoided with thorough cooking of the part before eating.
The main concern is those restaurants who sell food and unlikely to cook the meat well.
The claim may be regarded as mere myth and not fact as it has not been proven.
