This was the case when a man identified as Bello slum and was calling for help until he gave up the ghost at Odo-eran,Itire,Mushin local government of Lagos State on monday-the first day into relaxing the five weeks lockdown.
Accounts by some witnesses claim the man seems to have dizziness which made him slum but was still breathing and nobody was willing to near him not knowing if he had the Coronavirus pandemic or not.
Another woman claims,"if people had poured water on him or provided the first aid needed he could have survive,this corona self is making people not to help someone again."
"If not of the virus many people in this market would have helped him."she added.
All effort to reach his people have been made but no fruition as his phone is locked and no direct relatives was found when his phone SIM was inserted another phone.
The man is a custom as seen on his ID card.
The alleged dizziness may be as a result of the periodic Muslims Ramadan fasting if the man is observing one, but no one knows.
