A man slum and die when he could have been saved.

 A man identified as Bello and whose ID card shows to be a custom officer has just died.

The cause of the death is not known yet but many are scared of getting near him because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

The man could have been saved when he fell as he was still breathing but for the fear of the COVID-19 pandemic,no body could rescue him, which they said might have been caused by dizziness.
