Effort to curtains Polio after it re-emergence in late 2015.

   The federal government of Nigeria in collaboration with the world health organisation(WHO) has continue to intensify it effort to eradicate polio in the country.


The country was declared polio free in 2015 by by world health
governing body,WHO,but the relentness on the part of the then new government has caused the reawakening of the virus in the country which was first announced in a north eastern state before subsequent anouncement in some other states.
Though,the effort since then has shown some seriously in the government especially with the latest collaboration with WHO should hopefully curtain the virus,and post measures should also be taken by the government and not to relent after the declaration of polio free by the World health organisation.
