Habits that can damage body organs

It may be advisable, sometimes to subject the body to ascetic activities in order to give some of its organs some respite. This may be the reason religious fasting, though for few days, is sometimes supported by medicals practitioners.

However, excess of this abstemious habits can have adverse effect on these organs from mild to long time effect.

Also, while excess sleep is hypothetically claimed to dull the brain, missing at  much of it may not be good to the brain either, and to the general well-being of the body.

Although not limited to those listed below, the following are the organs which may be affected by various ascetic activities.

  • The stomach is injured when you do not have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day, this is because the body need energy for the day's activities. When you subject the stomach to incessant hunger, it may develop issues like ulcer among others.
  • The kidney: These are injured when you do not even drink enough water in 24 hours. 
  • Gallbladder: This is sac located under the liver. It stores and concentrates bile produced in the liver. Bile aids in the digestion of fat and is released from the gallbladder into the upper small intestine in response to food. When you sleep stochastically, or even miss sleep constantly, the gall bladder is likely to be affected
  • The small intestine: Eating cold and stale food can be inimical to the small intestine
  • The Large intestine: This organ is affected when you eat too much fried and spicy foods.
  • The lung are injured when you breathe in smoke  and stay in a polluted environment of cigarettes.
  • The liver: Just like the large intestine, eating fried food, junks, and fast foods can make the liver ineffective.
  • The heart: Too much salt and cholesterol can be disastrous to the heart, as salt and cholesterol have been proven to be the major enemies of the heart.
  • The pancrease: Sugary foods like soft drinks may be bad to the pancrease.
  • The eyes: The eyes are really affected by the light from mobile phone LCD and computer screen in the dark, especially when too brighten.
  • The brain injured when you start to get lost in thought excessively

EFFECT OF WATER                  

We know that water is important but some do not know about the key moment one has to drink it.. !! Do you? Drinking Water at the right time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body;

Drinking a glass water after waking-up helps to activate internal organs. At least Glass of Water 30 Minutes before a Meal helps digestion. Glass of Water before taking a bath - helps lower your blood pressure. Glass of water before going to bed avoids stroke  or heart attack.
