Traditional way to use sandpaper leave to bring down blood pressure to normal

Forest sandpaper also known as Ficus exasperata, sandpaper tree, forest sandpaper fig, white fig, or sandpaper leaf tree, is a deciduous, and dioecious species of plant in the mulberry family Moraceae, native to tropical Africa (an area from Senegal east to Ethiopia and south to Angola and Mozambique) and southern Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Yemen.

The plant which is known among the Yorubas in South Western Nigeria as "Ewe Epin" is used for normalising blood pressure.

What is blood pressure?

Blood pressure is the rate at which the blood flow within its vessel and the pressure at which it pushes against the walls of your arteries. 

A normal blood pressure level is less than 120/80 mmHg.

Abnormal blood pressure leads to various heart related ailments like cardiac arrest, heart attack and eventual death.

Blood pressure which is treated bases in doctors recommendations like eating diet, reducing salt intake and medication can be treated with sandpaper leaves.

Treating BP with sandpaper leaves and Moringa

Get the female and male specie of the leave, scrape off the edge of the both side of the famale leave (the male leave lacks edge).

Add Moringa leave and boil with drinkable water, allow to boil, sieve the quantity you are ready to drink.

Allow to lukewarm then drink the lukewarm decoction. Take this decoction every morning and night.

Check blood pressure regularly to monitor changes.

Impact is expected within 48 hours of taking the decoction.

Once you observe no changes after 60 hours, consult your doctor.

Note: Always check blood pressure while taking the drink so as to stop the intake once Blood Pressure (BP) returns to normal.
