Using saunas to give up smoking

Thinking of easy way to quit smoking? But finding it hard to stay a day without sipping a stick?

It has been proven that it may be difficult to give up smoking due to the present of nicotine - dangerous and highly addictive chemical - which makes smokers crave for more.

Nicotine can remain in the body blood's stream for as long as 5 days after last smoking but it pushes you to take another stick before it vanishes.

Why not try out Saunas?

A sauna is a room in which people aim to relax in dry heat. It may provide benefits for cardiovascular health that resemble those derived from exercise.

Sweating has long been used as a therapy. The Mayans used sweat houses 3,000 years ago, according to Harvard Health Publications. In Finland, saunas have been used for thousands of years, and 1 in 3 Finns still use them. In the United States (U.S.), there are thought to be over a million saunas.

Saunas have been suggested as one of the easy ways to give up smoking due to amount of nicotine that could be lost to sweating.

Going to a sauna for 3 days in a row will help you sweat out the nicotine which will make it easier to quit.
