The global cases of the deadly Coronavirus has hit 8 millions mark as against the 7.8 millions cases acknowledged by WHO.
According to John Hopkins University,the total number of confirmed cases of the virus worldwide is now about 8millions with the new confirmed cases majorly in America and Asia increasing the toll.
However,the total number of cases by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as at when the number was claimed only confirmed to be 7.8 millions which raise doubt over the authenticity of the statistics given by both bodies.
Also,the figure may be underestimated or inaccurate due to the fact that some poor countries especially in Africa and Asian may not be giving accurate statistics due to their porous data collection system.
