Some diseases like high cholesterol and coronary artery may have family history and background.
But with our daily consumption,it can be prevented.
According to a study in 2016,at the American Heart Association Scientific session in New Orleans and later published in The New England Journal of Medicine.
In this study, researchers looked for 50 genetics mutations associated with higher risk of coronary artery diseases,from the study of over 55000 people.
They were group based on whether they have had these mutations,based on low intermediate,or high risk of developing coronary artery disease.
They were also grouped based on four healthy lifestyle choice,which are;Not smoking, maintaining a healthy body mass index of less than 30, exercising at least once a week and eating healthy diet than contains fruit and vegetables with less processed meat and those high in sodium.
The results show that those that live poor and unfavourable lifestyle are at higher risk.
