I don't want to think there is anyone who does not know how
much the importance of the heart to the body.When the heart stops,then every other organ in the body dies sooner than late

The heart is an organ that functions as pump for the movement  of blood through the body.Different Parts of the body require oxygen for proper functioning; the blood as we know carries oxygen from the lungs to other part of the body. It I'd important that oxygen gets to all Part  of the body,that is,the brain,muscles,in fact all cells in the body. So,why wouldn't you strive to keep your heart healthy?
It is not enough just to eat heart-healthy foods in order to have a heart that is healthy and functioning properly, we must also strive to minimise foods that have adverse effect on the heart.
FOODS THAT KEEP THE HEART HEALTHY
The following food are among numerous food that keep the heart healthy and we'll functioning ;
WALNUTS:Why walnuts?Walnut is known to be a good source of anti-oxidant.Eating about 140grammes of walnuts per week reduces your risk of heart disease by half. It is very rich Omega-3 fatty acids.
YOGHURT AND MILK:Yoghurt and milk, especially the fat free or low fat types help reduce the pressure on the heart. Diary products are know to be rich in potassium-a mineral that has been linked to lowering the level of blood pressure. Eat foods such as fruits and vegetables, potatoes and bananas.
THE BELL PEPPERS :The orange, yellow and red colours of the bell pepper mean that they contain phytonutrients and additional antioxidants. These antioxidants help to make sure that our body can battle back free radical change.
In conclusion, heart attacks are caused by athereosclerotic plague build up or high cholesterol levels, therefore eating well and having adequate diet would reduce the rate of sudden death through these means.A good knowledge of eating right would do you great deal.
