Nigerian most affected State, Lagos, on Thursday record no Covid-19 case, as 864 cases were recorded in 24 states and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, on Thursday, 28 January, 2021.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the Thursday report does not include Lagos which has been the hotspot of the disease, 488 people were discharged.
On Thursday, the Federal Capital Territory, which is secord most affected area in the courtry recorded 129 cases, followed by Anambra, Rivers and Benue State were 87, 82, 80 cases were recorded respectively.
Other states were the cases were recorded on Thursday includes Oyo, 76; Plateau, 61; Kaduna, 54; Delta, 51; Nasarawa, 38; Kwara, 36; Edo, 32; Katsina, 26; Kano, 24; Taraba, 18; Ogun, 14; Sokoto, 11; Gombe, 10; Jigawa, 7; Akwa Ibom, 6; Cross River, 6; Zamfara, 5; Bauchi, 5; Osun, 4 and Ekiti State with 2 cases.
