Try eating your local foods is best for the your body

The body which is use to its natural environment and cuisine need not to be expose to foreign foods which could force the body against it natural endurances making the cells to develop bad cells,contaminating the blood stream and depleting the sight.

History has shown,according to myhealthfact blog that in Nigeria some decades ago there was least or no chronic disease as prevalent as it is nowadays due to some of the suggested reason;
Diseases such as cancers,hypertension among others are being attributed to importation of western cuisines which are force into our body system against its natural adaptation.
Natural foods such as locust beans use as seasoning which act as anti-oxidant and cleansing of eye has been replaced with industrial seasonings containing various toxic preservatives and additives are not helping the body of the black races.
Furthermore,natural aquatic animals such as catfish,crayfish etc,are no where to be found in place of chemically breed fish called "agric fish",found in the modern markets.
Chemically store and enhance fruit whose nutrients are little or no more are now prefer to freshly plunge fruit with high nutritional values.
Replacing your local foods with foreign dishes is like giving a polar bear a goat feeds which would be inimical to the polar bear.
Eating enough locust beans,fresh green vegatables,freshfruit,Ginger,onions,non chemically breed farm products and other natural foods are the only ways to keep the body free from chronic diseases.
